 Dr. Chen graduated from University of California, Berkeley. he is trained in general surgery, anesthesia and pain management. He has fellowships in pain management, neurosurgical anesthesia and cardiovascular anesthesia. He has authored papers in organ transplantation, pancreas, testes, and pharmacology, as well as cognitive and learning under anesthesia.
