Medical Legal Evaluations
Dr. Chris Chen is Specialty Listed by DWC under Anesthesiology. Serves as a Qualified Medical Evaluator and as an Agreed Medical Evaluator. Dr. Chen also serves as an evaluator for SIBFT.
Primary Treating Physician for Worker's Compensation.
Opioid Dependency, Pain Management
Dr. Chen has extensive knowledge of Facet injections, Epidural injections, and spine stimulator maintenance and installation. Our providers hold a variety of specialties and advanced certifications, including but not limited to pain management, cosmetics, and acupuncture. We work closely with facilities providing ancillary services including open MRI and weight-bearing MRI and surgical centers.
Med Spa
We are excited to bring you Med Spa to our practice. Specializing in Botox/ Xeomin, Fillers, PRP Injections, and latest technology in fat transfer.
